- A budget guidance manual: practical steps to reach your budget or stay under it, from what to buy first to when to shop and where to find the best value
- Two weeks of message support afterwards
How it works
- Free 15 minute style call. We talk through your goals and what is changing for you, and agree which consultation suits you best.
- Book and pay. Choose a date on the booking page and pay securely when you book.
- Questionnaire and photos. A short form about your work, your week and how you want to be seen, plus a few photos of outfits you love and of those you never wear.
- Your consultation. We look at your proportions, the pieces you love and those you never wear, and talk through your personal brand and the impression you want to make.
- Your dossier. Within five working days, you will receive your style dossier.
- Aftercare. You are welcome to message me with questions for two weeks after your session.
Before your session
- Return the questionnaire and photos at least three days before your session.
- Consider three words you would like people to use to describe you.
- Note any upcoming dress codes: interviews, events or a new workplace.
- Wear a plain white or neutral top, and have a full length mirror to hand.
- Have a few favourite pieces nearby, and a few you never wear.
- On Zoom: position your camera near natural light, so I can see you from head to toe.
Optional extras
Any of these may be added when you book, or within three months of your session.
- Upgrade to Image Consultation, £750, less the fee already paid: Upgrade within three months, with your original fee credited in full
- Personal shop, two hours, £195: Shop in London or Manchester with your style dossier in hand
- Any wardrobe edit, £50 off: Put your style dossier to work in your own wardrobe
- Online shopping edit, £85: 10 to 15 pieces in your colours, with links to buy
- The Style Membership, £75 a month: A 45 minute video call each month, styling advice by message and 10% off optional extras
Questions clients ask
Does The One to One work on Zoom?
Yes. We look at your proportions and favourite pieces on camera; for the most accurate colour direction, please sit near a window.
What is the difference between The One to One and Image Consultation?
The One to One is a single session on your body type, style and personal brand. Image Consultation adds full colour analysis, dress codes and a second session in your wardrobe.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Within three months, the full amount you paid is deducted from the price of Image Consultation.
Is this for men too?
Absolutely. Colour and fit matter just as much in a suit, shirt and tie as anywhere else.
Booking and policies
- Welcome offer: as a new client, your first booking is £206 instead of £295, with 30% off any optional extras, when booked by 31 December 2026.
- Full payment is taken when you book, by card through Stripe.
- You may cancel within 14 days of booking, for any reason, and receive a full refund if your session has not yet taken place.
- With more than 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule free of charge using the link in your confirmation email, or cancel for a full refund.
- With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your session, the fee cannot be refunded, although I will offer one new date where possible.
- Should I need to cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
- Any clothing you purchase is bought directly from the retailer, subject to the retailer's own prices and returns policies.
